At the Matrix we will assess your fitness level, set up a program for you and keep you motivated. We will push you past your comfort level--something difficult to do on your own.

Strength Training helps increase your metabolism because muscle uses more calories to maintain itself than fat. So the more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn every day, not just when you are exercising.

 

Each session lasts about a ½ hour. The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, body measurements, exercise and health history and goals. Each program will be customize to meet your fitness goals.
