With each session of Cardio Boxing you will get a variety and continually challenging full body workout with the use of cardio and weight training.

 

Each session lasts about 45 mins. The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, body measurements, exercise and health history and goals.

CLASSES

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday  - Make up class on Saturday.  

 (Classes will be added as needed)

• 3 sessions offered per day, 45 mins per session

     6 am

     Noon

     6 pm

• Program last 6 weeks

• 10 people per class

PRICE

$150 for a total of 18 sessions. 3 times a week for 6 weeks.
